Board of Trustees Directory

As President of the Board of Trustees, I am pleased to welcome you to the Chestnut Hill School. Whether you are a CHS alum, a parent or a visitor to the school, you will experience the magic of CHS the moment you walk through the door. You will notice that every faculty and staff member knows every child in the school. You will see the affection with which the oldest children greet their learning partners in Beginners, Pre-K and Kindergarten. You will see a performance – a play or musical, a speech or poetry slam, a violin or rock band concert – and watch the performers’ self-confidence grow before your eyes. You will see ingenious inventions at the science fair. You will see celebrations of diverse cultures and experiences, in the curriculum and in art exhibits and community events. You will overhear children using strategies learned in Open Circle as they engage with their peers. You will see children in an environment that lets them be children from age 3 through sixth grade. This is our mission in action. I encourage you to explore the rest of our website. If you are thinking about an independent school education for your child, please do come visit our campus and experience the magic that is the Chestnut Hill School.
